AddMy.Link Referral Rewards Terms
These terms apply when a member participates in the AddMy.Link Referral Rewards program. They supplement the general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
Participants must have a valid AddMy.Link member account, provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws and follow these terms. AddMy.Link may require email or payout-account verification.
2. Referral attribution
A referral must be recorded through the participant's unique referral link or another tracking method expressly accepted by AddMy.Link. Browser settings, deleted cookies, prior attribution and technical limitations may prevent attribution. AddMy.Link records determine eligibility, subject to correction of demonstrated errors.
3. Qualifying rewards
A tracked signup alone does not create a cash entitlement. A reward is created only after a referred member completes a product or payment that AddMy.Link designates as qualifying. Current reward amounts and qualifying products are displayed in the referral dashboard or public program page.
4. Holding period
Rewards remain pending for at least 30 days and may remain pending longer while a payment, dispute, identity check or fraud review is unresolved.
5. Reversals
AddMy.Link may cancel or reverse a reward connected to a refund, chargeback, payment reversal, duplicate transaction, self-referral, prohibited conduct, fraud or material error. If a converted reward has already been used, the related Token balance may become negative or future rewards may be offset.
6. Tokens
Available referral rewards may be converted to AddMy.Link Tokens at the rate shown when conversion is requested. Conversion is final unless required otherwise by law. Tokens are platform credits, are not legal tender and cannot be cashed out merely because they originated from a conversion.
7. PayPal cash-outs
The current minimum eligible cash-out is A$10.00. A verified PayPal email and available referral balance are required. Requests may be reviewed before payment. Participants are responsible for accurate payout details and any fees or restrictions imposed by their payment provider.
8. Prohibited conduct
- Self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, circular purchases or coordinated manipulation.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, harassment or deceptive promotion.
- False statements about guaranteed earnings, employment, investment returns or AddMy.Link features.
- Use of paid advertising that impersonates AddMy.Link or misuses its trademarks.
- Any conduct that breaches law, platform rules or third-party rights.
9. Tax and records
Participants are responsible for keeping records and determining whether rewards must be declared for tax, GST or other purposes. AddMy.Link does not provide personal tax advice.
10. Changes, suspension and closure
AddMy.Link may change future reward amounts, qualifying products, conversion rates, thresholds or program availability. Participation may be restricted or closed where abuse, risk or non-compliance is reasonably suspected. Validly earned rewards remain subject to the terms and review conditions applying to them.
11. No employment or income guarantee
Participation does not create employment, partnership, agency, franchise or investment relationships. AddMy.Link does not guarantee referrals, conversions, revenue or any level of income.
